Weekly classes take place at Clifford Village Hall and Clifford Methodist Hall. If you are looking for more flexibility for your dose of Pilates, the library of pre-recorded classes are available for you to access below.
Pilates Classes
Pilates is a low impact exercise focussing on your balance, posture, core strength, flexibility, and even mood. Classes are mat-based sometimes using small equipment, from beginners to intermediates. CLICK HERE for a taster

Barre Pilates Classes
Barre Pilates is a cardio-based, high intensity interval workout with low impact on joints. It is a seamless flow of pilates based exercises with ballet inspired twist. Classes use small weights and equipment. CLICK HERE for a

What Next?
Get in touch through the contact details on the website. Tell me which class you are interested in joining. I will let you know if there is a space available and invite you for a free taster session. You will need to bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided. The following day I will be in contact to ask if you would like to continue with the classes and send you a copy of the payment policy.
